We currently deliver across all major cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery outside KSA is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods
• Courier Delivery: All orders are shipped via secure logistics partners specializing in precious metals delivery.
Delivery Timeline
• In-stock items: 2–5 business days • High-value or custom items: 5–7 business days (subject to KYC and payment clearance)
Please note that all deliveries require recipient signature and valid ID upon receipt.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Important Note
Due to the volatile nature of bullion pricing, Sabayik does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and payment is processed. This policy ensures price transparency and protects all parties from market fluctuations.
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive: • A damaged product • A product different from your order
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email.
We will verify and facilitate either a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and payment is processed.
